Charles BRÉANT (Agriculture, 2011, Beauvais), co-founder of Ferme des 5 Frères, continues to write the history of a family business that never ceases to renew itself. The weekend of January 24 and 25, 2025 marks a key moment for the farm: the opening of an on-farm butcher shop.
After three generations of dairy farming and almost ten years of making farmhouse Camembert with raw milk, the family is taking a new step to further enhance the value of its products through short distribution channels.
Thanks to the commitment of the five brothers and their complementary know-how, this initiative embodies the excellence of an agricultural model rooted in local, local products.
