In this extract, the associates of the Fédération Francaise de l'apéritif (FFA) have been searching for several months for no-fry chips to enrich their aperitif boxes. They visited Pierre-Louis LAMBERT (Agriculture, 2016, Beauvais) and Charles DELBAERE (Agriculture, 2017, Beauvais), founders of La Ferme Fabrik. Thanks to an innovative popage process, these light, tasty potato chips meet their expectations perfectly.

With their curved shape, they're ideal for dipping in FFA's homemade sauces, already sold in their boxes. It's even likely that these La Ferme Fabrik chips will soon be an integral part of the FFA's aperitif offerings.
