Aurélie, in the podcast Si on me l'avais dit...

Aurélie GAYON (Alimentation & Santé, 2017, Beauvais) was Laurence Darnault's guest on the"Si on me l'avais dit..." podcast, dedicated to young people looking for inspiration to build their future.

At just 30, Aurélie is already a member of the Executive Committee at D&Consultants. A team manager, she embodies humanist leadership and proves that you can succeed without denying your values.

In this episode, she recounts the key choices she made along the way. One of the highlights was her entry into UniLaSalle via the integrated preparatory program, a personal choice that went against the expectations of her high school, which had directed her towards a conventional preparatory program. Aurélie preferred to follow her own pace, far from the competition.

She also shares her vision of work: finding a balance between ambition and well-being. For her, happiness in what we do is more important than chasing imposed objectives. This philosophy has enabled her to quickly take on major responsibilities while remaining true to herself.
