He listens to the various partners who need "haute couture" compost and who recognise themselves in Moulinot's approach, particularly in terms of the circular economy. What he appreciates in his job is the trust and diversity of the partners, the enriching exchanges and mobility. At Moulinot, he has found good humour, diversity of thought and collective involvement.
He dreams of Canada. Passionate about agriculture and agronomy, he finds the place of agriculture in Canadian society, the wide open spaces and the beautiful landscapes fascinating.
Beware, the devoted Pierre-Alexis supports the Toulouse Football Club!
His mantra: "No future without agriculture".
