A UniLaSalle Alumni administrator since 2020, Arielle has joined the Association's Careers Working Group. A role that fits her perfectly since she is a training coach and teacher in management, skills development, orientation and professional integration.

Arielle created her company CULTIVEUM Coaching nearly two years ago and works with schools in higher education, companies and also individuals.

Her concept: coaching must be accessible to all, at all stages of life and at all levels of the company.

Her motivation: coaching different groups and individuals in each training session. "I like that no two days are the same", she confides.
