Festival de la Paternité: Antoine does it again!

Viewed 25 times

How can we reconcile the quest for freedom, meaning and family commitment? Antoine LE GUILLOUX (Agriculture, 2017, Beauvais) explores this question by organizing the second edition of the Festival de la Paternité from March 16 to 22.

On the program:

  • 6 free online conferences to deconstruct the myth of the virile father and question transmission
  • Daddy-child climbing session at Block'Out
  • Movie-debate on the film on.suzane
  • Big Bloom Hackathon to rethink parenthood

📅 Focus on the "Transmission: when the new generation takes over..." conference

Taking over a family business is much more than simply passing on the baton. It's an adventure that combines tradition, innovation, personal attachment and sometimes even generational confrontation.

Thursday 20/03 at 12:15 (by videoconference), Martin GOSSE DE GORRE (Agriculture, 2016, Beauvais) will share his experience of taking over the family farm. He will look back at the tensions he encountered, the need to evolve the farm while respecting the family heritage, and how a seminar at Cerfrance played a key role in establishing a peaceful dialogue with his father.

An inspiring discussion for all those who question the transmission of agricultural, craft or entrepreneurial know-how, and the balance between inheritance and renewal.
