Eugénie AMACHER (née VARLET) (Alimentation & Santé, 2016) presents FructiBon !
Eugénie AMACHER (née VARLET) (Alimentation & Santé, 2016) is the daughter of a fruit farmer. She quickly wondered how to make the most of the surplus fruit from the family farm and thus limit food waste.
In 2016, after obtaining her degree in Food and Health Engineering, the young woman went to Switzerland and decided, four years later, to create a start-up called "FructiBon".
FructiBon, which is based in Versoix (Switzerland), has a mission to add value, transform and innovate: "I want to add value to fruit and vegetables in a different way from what you can find on the market", she says.
Her start-up already offers three product ranges. Her delicious 100% natural snacks are currently handmade and sold in thirty outlets in Switzerland.
Eugénie's goal is to consolidate and mechanise her production and she plans to set up a production site in France in the near future.
