The Eclaircie brewery is setting up in Grand Champ in Brittany (56) and needs your help to finance its installation.

Thibaud SAUVEE, Aurèle DE MALLIARD and François DOUDOUX-RIO (Environment, 2014, Rennes), three engineering friends from UniLaSalle Rennes who are working together on this project, are delighted to present their alternative brewery.

They create local, organic beers brewed with love! Beers like no other!

Blonde, amber, with notes of citrus, eucalyptus, pine or caramel and chocolate, these beers are brewed in Brittany, in the Morbihan region.

They have teamed up with Adrien TEXEREAU of the Horla microbrewery to create a brewery colocation.

To reduce their environmental impact, they use local raw materials as much as possible, have obtained organic certification, and their bottles are consigned and reused in Brittany.

Would you like to help them finance their project and see their Eclaircie brewery offer original, responsible beers throughout Morbihan?

If so, Mimosa has set up a crowdfunding campaign to finance purchases and prepare the brewery for the summer season.
