A successful first Promo Weekend in Amiens

They came from the four corners of France, but also from Europe and Martinique, this Saturday January 27, for the first WE de Promo organized on the Amiens campus. It was with great enthusiasm that they turned out to celebrate their 10 and 20 years on the school benches!

During his presentation, Jérôme FORTIN, Director of UniLaSalle Amiens, reviewed the school's development since the departure of the alumni. He also presented the UniLaSalle group and its three other campuses (Beauvais - Rennes - Rouen) and the courses taught on each of them.

The lunch break took place at the Crous, where former students were able to share their memories of their years of study and life after ESIEE.

Quentin CLAIRE (Energy Engineering & Digital Systems, 2024, Amiens), a 5th year EEDD student, orchestrated the tour of the school. It was a great opportunity to chat with alumni and discover the new campus facilities, including the Usine-école, the Makerspace and EPI 3, which was under construction during the study years of the 2004 graduates.

Back in the classroom, alumni were able to discover other services they could use as professionals or alumni, and challenged each other to a quiz to round off the day on the Amiens campus.

The day ended with the Apéritif Citadin d'Amiens at Escobar. After several flight cancellations, Cédric DEPUISET (Energy Engineering & Digital Systems, 2004, Amiens) was able to join his classmates. A special mention goes to Ladislas HAYOT (Energy Engineering & Digital Systems, 2004, Amiens) who flew in from Martinique to finish his WE de Promo at a Rhumerie in Amiens!
