A new era for Mister Garden

Clément GAUTHIER (Agriculture, 2012, Beauvais) and Henri PRUD'HOMME (Food & Health, 2012, Beauvais), co-founders of Mister Garden, have taken an important step: they're going into franchising! Having opened 15 of their own restaurants since 2013, the Alumni have decided to expand their business model.

Keeping a low profile until now, Clément and Henri will be presenting their brand at Franchise Expo Paris from March 16 to 18. It's an opportunity for them to share the keys to their success and find new partners for this new phase of development.

Mister Garden, which was set up in 2013, has quickly made a name for itself with its salad bar concept. With 14 restaurants already in Paris and the Paris region, and more in the pipeline, their business is showing solid results.

But that's not all: Clément and Henri also intend to continue opening their own restaurants in Île-de-France, while developing their franchise network in other regions, starting with the south of France and other major conurbations.
