Antoine GRASSER (Agriculture, 2009, Rouen) and his sister Marie received the Étoile de l'installation/transmission award at the Étoiles de l'agriculture et de la viticulture ceremony.

They are behind a project they are passionate about: Le verger de Saint Pierre.

They have planted an orchard mainly with a Club variety to produce RubisGold value-added apples.

Part of the orchard is sold direct to support the local economy, with over ten different varieties to meet the needs of local customers! They are France's first knife-apple orchard with the AGOTERRA low-carbon label.

They have also contributed to the creation of local jobs to revitalize the Sud Ardennais region.

Bravo to them for this sensible initiative,

For the record, the trophy awards ceremony aims to bring together professionals behind agricultural and viticultural initiatives in the Marne, Aisne and Ardennes départements. The aim of the event is to shine the spotlight on farmers who stand out for their know-how and initiatives in terms of innovation, productivity and solidarity.
