If you eat wild boar brochettes or the famous burger at Parc Astérix, you should know that it comes from Picardie Venaison!

Olivier DEWAELE and Marc AGNES (Agriculture, 2004, Beauvais) sell 700 to 800 wild boar to the restaurants of the famous Gallic theme park every year.

The Picardie Venaison team took part in the Parc Astérix farmers' market in collaboration with Le Comptoir du Frais.

They seized the opportunity to present their delicious game terrines, dry sausages and wild boar kebabs.

A successful day to showcase their passion for venison.
