Stella BOUQUET (Alimentation & Santé, 2019) presents "Ousia"!
Ousia is a new range of ready-to-drink alcohol-free cocktails! Created by Stella BOUQUET (Alimentation & Santé, 2019) alongside Gonzague DEPONDT and Guillaume VILAIN, "Ousia, from the Greek "οὐσία", means the essence of things in philosophy. Because, for us, the essence of the aperitif is not the consumption of alcohol but to allow everyone to meet in a moment of shared conviviality. This is why we created Ousia", she explains.
Stella and her friends hope to conquer a larger and larger public for this aperitif and to make you discover the virtues of alcohol-free. To help Stella to realize her project, go on Ulule until April 9, 2021.
