Last November, we announced that Romain LE GAL had been awarded the title of one of France's best craftsmen. He is now officially a MOF in the cheese-making class!

The award ceremony took place on June 20, 2023 at the Sorbonne. There were

143 winners for this 27th promotion across all trades.

As a reminder, during thefinal test, L'Alumni produced a "remarkable" work on the imposed subject of "Toiles de Maîtres", entitled "De l'art du beau à l'art du bon" ("From the art of the beautiful to the art of the good" ).

What's more, Romain gave us the pleasure of taking part in the SIA 2023 during a tasting of local cheeses that won over many gourmets.
