The World Airport Awards are celebrating their 25th anniversary. Launched in 1999 by Skytrax, the awards have rapidly gained recognition as a benchmark of quality for the global airport industry. They assess customer service and facilities at more than 500 airports worldwide, providing a valuable perspective on passenger satisfaction.

Award-winning airports are voted for by customers; over 100 customer nationalities took part in the 2023-2024 survey, underlining the breadth and global reach of this recognition.
