Guillaume SCHLUR (Agriculture, 2008, Rouen) informs you about an Open Day at the Aquaponic Farm of the Abbey in St Victor l'Abbaye (76) - 30 minutes from Rouen and 1h15 from Beauvais - on Saturday September 19th, from 10am to 5pm.

Guillaume settled four years ago for this crazy project to use aquaponics as a virtuous production method. Today, he produces trout and leafy vegetables, which he sells locally in short circuits and to restaurants.
