On February 20, 2024, Mélanie NOGUES ' business (Agriculture, 2014, Rouen) was highlighted in an article published in "Le Pays d'Auge". This training organization focuses on the subject of equines. Mélanie has been passionate about horses from an early age, starting out as a pony rider and eventually becoming an owner. The Alumni has always wanted to learn more about horse riding and to train, with the aim of one day making it her profession.

In 2023, she founded Impulsion Formation with the aim of passing on her passion. She trains, for example, professionals, people in the process of setting up their own business, as well as riding instructors and trainers...

These training courses are organized around three themes:

• Management of equestrian businesses
• Pedagogy and teaching
• Horse care

The next training course takes place online, on March 19, and will focus on "Managing and overcoming pension arrears".
