The commitment of Isaure TSASSIS (Food & Health, 2016) to food waste prevention
Isaure TSASSIS (Food & Health, 2016) and Dorothée BESSIERE seized the opportunity in 2017 to create the Save Eat application to share their knowledge of zero waste cooking with as many people as possible.
Launched in February 2018, the enthusiasm for the application led them six months later to offer anti-gaspi cooking workshops to the general public, which were later extended to companies concerned about their social responsibility.
Today, the application brings together a community of 35,000 environmentally conscious food lovers, eager to reduce their waste and curious to discover new tips or recipes. And the startup is building an ecosystem of companies committed to the fight against food waste, by collaborating with Jacquet, Monoprix, Franprix, Bio C Bon...etc.
