François BULTEL (Agriculture, 1990, Rouen) and the Ange bakeries continue to amaze us !

After more than 200 bakeries opened on the French territory, after the conquest of the Canadian territory, François BULTEL (Agriculture, 1990, Rouen) opens his first training school named IDYIE.

Located in the Bouches-du-Rhône region of France in Aix-en-Provence (13), it will welcome its first class of baker apprentices for two years of training for the Certificate of Professional Aptitude (CAP), beginning in September 2021.

This school will initially be "geared towards internal staff (franchisees and their teams)", says François.

"Training is one of the pillars of our performance and our future" and "it's obviously a great mission to train young people in our beautiful core business and to anchor Ange a little more in the development of French bakery", he adds.
