s an integral part of a Business Unit's management team, you'll experience a full 15-month cycle as aRegional Manager (M/F ) to master the specifics of the job. During this period, you will be coached by an expert Regional Manager who will pass on his passion and know-how.

In addition to this on-the-job training, you'll have the opportunity to take part in practical training modules at head office, with input from in-house experts.
At the end of this 15-month stepping stone, you'll be in charge of your own profit center in one of our Business Units.
