Nicolas PELISSIER (Geology, 2007), President of 45-8 Energy is proud to inform you of the "Greentech Innovation" label, by the Ministry of Ecological Transition, of their main helium exploration project, named "Fonts-Bouillants" and located in the Nièvre region. This is the first time that the label has been granted to an underground project!

To put you in context, 45-8 Energy filed, in October 2019, their very first exploration permit, named Fonts-Bouillants, on a 251 km² zone in the South-Nivernais region in order to confirm or deny the suspected helium potential on this zone. Eventually, and if the results of the exploration phase are satisfactory, they would like to capture and develop the active flow of helium and carbon dioxide rich gas currently leaking, naturally, from underground to the atmosphere. |
