Gabriel FRESNAIS (Agriculture, 2019, Beauvais) spent last November 23rd on the screens of TF1's 1pm news.

At Clérey-La-Côte l'Alumni distills harvested fruits. With the same technique, in stills heated over a wood fire, he perpetuates the know-how of his grandfather.

Distillation is not only a source of income for Gabriel. It is also a small pride. For the moment, the moments of sharing with his customers are limited to the delivery. It's a godsend that he can continue his activity despite the confinement. Indeed, the winter work of the distiller is the reward for the attention paid to the orchards throughout the year.
