A young graduate, Théo SERGHERAERT (Agriculture, 2019, Rouen) created, with four associated farmers, Greensol. A company, based in Ramecourt (62), whose mission is to support farmers to work the land differently: "We have been in intensive production since the sixties. In the two thousand years, the farmers became aware that it was necessary to evolve. Before reparcelling, the soil had 3 to 4% organic matter; today, it is at best 1.2%. The system is still working, but when we see the evolution of the climate and the soils losing all their organic matter, we realize that we can't go on like this. Our goal is to make our practices sustainable over time, working with nature and not against it. »
