Claire BERTIN (Agriculture, 2012, Beauvais) is a producer of Rocamadour PDO in the farm of Mordesson located in Rignac (46).
On Wednesday May 5, her goat cheeses were featured on M6. Her rocamadours were used as a base for the candidates' recipes during the Top Chef show "Les Grands Duels".
