Do you know Cécile BUCHE (née FOISSY) (Alimentation & Santé, 2012)?

Administrator within UniLaSalle Alumni, Cécile is Secretary of the Association. She is also part of the Events Working Group.

After completing a degree in nutrition, the young woman joins, in parallel admission 3rd year, the training of Engineer in Food and Health at UniLaSalle Beauvais. She chose the "Formulation of ingredients and quality of food products" course and then completed her training with a master's degree in "sensory and innovation" in Agri-food.

Cécile has been working at UniLaSalle for 7 years as a study engineer for the Health College. She devotes a third of her time to the innovation and research and development of food products, always with a health focus. "What guided my academic career and still guides me today is the desire to help companies develop the food products of tomorrow.", she explains.

Still guided by this desire, Cécile will soon be leaving UniLaSalle to join SCINNOV, an R&D and food innovation consulting company.

Her motivation: to find alternatives to controversial ingredients, to offer products that are less processed, healthy and tasty, while meeting the nutritional needs of as many people as possible !

"I am keen to help companies (start-ups or large groups) in their innovation process, while making products that are both intelligent and respectful of consumers' health. It is important to give consumers the right information about the products on the market so that they are aware of their food choices.
