WE of Promo 142

Gildas LE FOLL (Agriculture, 2003, Beauvais), and the Class of '142 office (Jean-Sébastien CAILLOT, Julien PRAT, Charlotte WEMAERE, Bruno FERRY) would like to bring you together on the Beauvais campus on June 3 and 4, 2023 to celebrate your 20th anniversary.

You may have already registered using the form sent earlier, but final registration is now open: click on "register" or "decline" if you can't come.

On-campus room rental (€65/night) and registration fees (€5 for the visit, which goes to sponsorship, and €10 for the evening security guard) are payable directly online to UniLaSalle Alumni via this registration form.

Only the contribution to the evening meal (aperitif + barbecue :35€ per adult and 15€ per child) should be sent directly to Gildas LE FOLL, 5a rue d'Elliant, 29140 Rosporden, or by bank transfer to the ^142nd promotion account (BIC: AGRIFRPP865, IBAN: FR76 1650 6600 0079 5242 0013 945).

Saturday

9:30am - 10:15am: Breakfast at CROUS

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Lunch: bring your own picnic or lunch!

1:30 pm - 2:30 pm: Presentation of school developments by UniLaSalle management (depending on management availability).

3:00 pm - 4:30 pm: Campus Tour (visit to platforms, return to lecture hall, etc.)

Free time

19h00 - 22h00 : Aperitif then Dinner organized by the prom office (contact Gildas for organization) - 30€/adult, 15€/children

22h00 - 02h00 : Evening at the Foyer

Rooms on campus (maison d'accueil and at La Longère) can be reserved during your registration (option).

Cancellation of selected options (accommodation, meals) less than 15 days before the event will not be reimbursed.

This event can only take place if a minimum of 25 Alumni are registered.
